“ This was our best ride yet..IMO. :) The trails reminded me of Point Reyes. We had plenty of shade and beautiful trees, ferns and poison oak. These trails weren't for the green horse - lots of drop offs and single track but for our horses they were heaven. I don't think this would be a great place on the weekend as bikes and dogs would be a little too plentiful. It was exactly what I wanted after the heat we've been having. We took the Bridle trail out, headed up the Fern to the French. Loved the French. Then back on the Ridge Trail. Had lunch then back up for more on the Golden Spike. Loved it! ”
