  •  Hey Rebecca!
I do think that BlackHawk might be a great place for your daughter. We are setting group lessons up there for our group, but there are also privates available sometimes!!! It is so beautiful there, and the teachers are really the type of women you would like your daughter to be around. Let me know if a group type lesson is what she might want, or you can call 503-730-5431 to reach the Ranch.
I hope it is what you and she are looking for!

  •  Rebecca,
Thanks for joining our group. I notice that we're in some of the same meetups! I'm really looking forward to meeting you all on the 7th. Or before if we can meet in the Parenting groups we're both in! There are some really great things out there in the Natural Horse world, as a matter of fact, there is an open house one of our new members just e-mailed me about that I will post soon. It's free and at a great facility that is brand new. I believe it's on the 17th of this month.

  •  Hi Rebecca! So sorry I haven't gotten back to you yet. Thanks for the warm welcome. I have attended two meet-ups and hoped to meet you in person. Yesterday's art experience was a bit chaotic and crowded though. Maybe tomorrow at the Kennedy School. Thank you for setting up so many gatherings. Take care.

  •  Thanks so much Rebecca for considering meetups that can fit my schedule; I would really be up for events starting before 11am or after 3pm (to accomodate nap times) on Mondays and Tuesdays . A Sip & Kranz meet up then would be great, especially in the upcoming months... splashing at the Jamison Fountain could be good! But almost anywhere is good for me as long as it is those times.... the art muse meetup tomorrow is full, so won't go :(

  •  Hi Rebecca, thanks for the welcome! I'm excited to be a part of this group, and look forward to taking part in some of the events. Thanks for organizing all this!

  •  Hi Rebecca! Thanks for the shout! I hope to go to more events (so far just have gone to one) and meet you soon! I am working part time and it makes it challenging to try to attend the meet up events frequently.... but I am so excited about the group!

  •  Hi Rebecca! I'm currently working on my dissertation in business management. It's been a long road but I have another year left. I'm having zero luck balancing mommy duties and student duties. I'd love to get together with other grad student moms to talk about strategies! I'm going to try to attend the class on the 15th. I need to learn to ferment food. Sounds like fun!

  •  Thanks for the offer, but you know, it never occurred to me to ask my next door neighbor! Can't wait til the weather gets nicer, then we could go for that walk that Esmee was wanting. See you soon!

  •  Thank you Rebecca! I definitely can use the support! Would it be okay if I don't attend monthly gatherings as regularly until the baby is born? I feel like I am quite busy just figuring out how to work this miracle into my life. I look forward to using the message board though and eventually meeting all you Mama's. And I will definitely ask questions as they arise! Thanks again!

  •  Rebecca,
Thanks for organizing so many fun and diverse events! You and your team are naturals at scoping out the neat stuff in PDX and helping weave our kids into the fun. This truly enriches my first time parenthood.
