Tack Cleaning for Charity Party

Those who come will get some breakfast from the grill, a package of everything you need to clean and restore tack like a pro, some tips to clean and restore your tack like the pros, a chance to clean and restore some of your own tack, and all the while know that you gathered for a good cause! All the profits will be donated to a local equine rescue organization!

In order to properly arrange seating, food, and take home packages, all party goers must RSVP as well as pay in advance a non refundable deposit of $75. An additional gift of $25 is required at the door. This ensures that everything we provide is paid for, and so that the charity receives their benefits as well. If for some reason such as weather or illness causes the event to be canceled, we will reschedule or continue to reschedule to the following Saturday morning at 7am. All those who RSVP will be notified routinely about updates to the event.

The Tack Cleaning for Charity Party will begin at 7:00am. We will be serving breakfast from 7:00am -8:00am and we will start shifting to the Tack Cleaning Lesson between 7:30-8:00am. During the lesson we will being learning using our own tack, so don't forget to bring yours!!! We will wrap things up at about 11am since it will be getting pretty hot by then! If you wish to make an additional donation, you may do so at such time.

An organization is currently being selected for the proceeds. If you have any suggestions as to who should be considered, please be sure to contact the Sarah, the group organizer. When the organization is approved this section of the post will be updated so you can see who it is you will be helping!
