Come and just hang out at the stables where I board my horses... there is no rentals, but I dont mind saddling up my horse and whoever wants to get on her for a short ride is okay, or just brush them, hang out .. watch them .. etc... If anyone does have a horse and wants to bring them, there is a nice riding trail along the creek as well, so we can do long or short rides as well... ... and then we can barbeque.. bring something to share if you want to or don't have to.... just a day to be around horses and socialize as well ... call with questions.. 727 804 4609

Lipizzaner Horse Show Specific details are to be determined... I just would like to get an idea as to how many people would be interested in going to the Lipizzaner Horse Show .... for us to all sit together I would have to purchase a group of tickets so would need to be pre-paid as soon as possible to ensure good seats... the best price is about $36.00 includes service fees and parking etc... there are less espensive seats, but i would like to go for the best available... we can meet somewhere and car pool there ... If you want to go please RSVP as soon as possible and then I will give more details and information on payment etc.... I just need to know how many tickets I will need to purchase ahead of time.... I do not see a Tampa show on their schedule, but if anyone knows if there will be one let me know, otherwise all I see is Lakeland for the 30th of Dec... it is at 7:30pm.. so we we would have to leave probably by 5:30-6:00pm...

still getting more specific info but it is located in Bradenton on Lena Road of of Rt. 64, off HWY 75... Bring your horse and enter the events- $4 for each event (have to wear boots to ride) or just come and watch...or you can still bring your own horse and still just ride around - it is a great horse get together for people with horses or without !... 12:00 Noon to 1:30 is Horse Soccer Practice - I am not familiar with this kind of horse event but definately sounds like it would be fun to check out - at Elite Farms , sounds like you can bring your horse, plenty of trailer space, and participate, or just watch for free... The Horseback ride fundraiser is on Jan 20 and Jan 21.... Jan. 20th is from 2:00 to 5:00 pm If you check out saddle up riding club the dates and times are listed on the front page. January 21st is from 12-3.
It's $5.00 for a pony/horse ride. They are trying to raise money for the care of the horses. Perfect for non horsey people to get a ride and be around the horses. Great for the horse loving kids too!
Also they are needing some horse experienced help with lead liners and side walkers if anyone who has experience wants to come out and help either day they would appreciate that big time! Saddle Up Riding Club is a non profit club that helps children of all walks of life get to know horses. It's a wonderful club that horse member "Alisha" donates and volunteer her time to quite a bit and has offered this to the group! Thanks Alisha - sounds great!
