Please tell us a little about YOU away from horses.: I love horses and my family. I am a stay at home mom of 4 elementary school kids. I wish I could get out and ride more. Would love to go to gymkana's or team penning, or any horse event's and meet new friends.
How did you here about The Tucson Horse Meetup Group?: On craigslist
What discipline do you ride?: I have only done trail rides. Would love to learn more, but not sure I can.
Tell us about your horse/horses if you have any.: I have owned horses for 20 yrs, but currently I have a 12 yr quarter/paint mare that I have owned for 11 yrs, I trained her myself, nothing fancy. I also have a 24 yr old appaloosa gelding that we got for the kids. He is a great horse.
What do you hope to get from this group?: I hope to make friends with the same interests as mine horses. I would love to learn more riding skills, not that confident on my own. I had a accident with my first horse that scared me of really letting my horse go and run. Just a trust issue with steering them on my part. I would love to get over that.

“ Hey thanks for getting back to me. We bought an electric sign company. We manufacture and install neon and LED signs. So, nothing with horses! I'm just looking for some relaxed shows to go to that are close. I don't want to get super fancy!
