Daughter off to Colorado

Well it is official, I am home and my daughter is all settled in Colorado. Our trip went very smooth and both horses handled the drive with ease. (what a relief because you just never know.) She started her classes with John and Josh Lyons on Monday and is having a blast! I miss her so much! She is doing their certification program up there and won't be home until November :( She said the days are long and hard,,, working one horse for the first 4 hours of the morning and then the other the second 3 or 4 hours in the afternoon, but is amazed at how much she has already learned,,, she took one completely unbroke horse who had pretty much been running around on 400 acres for the last 5 yrs. and was only geilded about 3 months ago, lol.. so I guess she really wanted a challenge, anyway she had him saddled and was sitting on him yesterday..... I can't wait for her to come home and teach me all she has learned, LOL..... anyway just thought I would share, I am very excited for her,, but it was soooo hard to drive away from her up there! Hope everyone is having a great day, and hopefully there will be another ride soon so I can meet everyone,,,,,,
